Easy Peach Cobbler

An easy and delicious peach cobbler recipe using everyday ingredients from your pantry.

Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 Cup Butter (1 stick)
  • 2 Cans Sliced Canned Peaches (15 oz size)
  • 1 Cup Flour
  • Tsp Baking Powder
  • 1/4 Tsp Salt
  • 1 Cup Sugar
  • 1 Cup Milk
  • 1/4 Tsp Cinnamon

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 350 °F
  • Melt the butter in a 8x8 baking dish.
  • Drain the peaches and set aside.
  • In a mixing bowl add the flour, baking powder, salt, and sugar. Mix together with a fork.
  • Add the milk to the flour mixture. Mix until combined into a smooth batter.
  • Pour the batter on top of the melted butter in the baking dish. DO NOT STIR.
  • Spoon the peaches gently on top of the batter, distributing them evenly in the dish. DO NOT STIR.
  • Lightly sprinkle the cinnamon on top of the peaches.
  • Bake at 350 degrees for 45 to 50 minutes, until the crust is a golden brown.
  • Serve warm and top with a scoop of vanilla ice cream.
