Peach cobbler is a delicious classic dessert made with warm peaches and a cobbler style crust. It is a perfect dessert for anytime of the year. Peach cobbler pairs well with summertime bbq’s and is also a great ending to those warm fall dinners. Our family loves a good cobbler during the holidays, as it is not too rich but adds just the right touch of sweet home baked goodness to our festive meals. You can create many different types of fruit cobblers with this recipe, it is simple and uses ingredients that you most likely have on hand. This recipe calls for canned peaches, but frozen and of course fresh are equally as amazing. I prefer to keep it simple and quick with our busy lifestyle so I use the canned peaches.
